The redesigned steel carriage carries a flip mechanism that allows later upgrades to a tower or twin mat system, so the frame can grow with a studio. Sleek posts without metal brackets keep the strap path clear and the profile clean.

Shipping
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier in 1 to 2 business days. Transit typically runs 6 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days of the order date.
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Large equipment moves by freight, and the carrier calls to arrange a delivery window before it arrives. Curbside delivery does not include assembly or packaging removal.
Delivery windows are estimates, not commitments, and can move with carrier volume or weather. Inspect the shipment on arrival and report any damage or missing items within 72 hours.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. The restocking fee is $0. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of the item arriving back with us, to the original payment method. Orders can be cancelled without charge any time before they ship.

Warranty
Peak Pilates warrants this equipment to be free of manufacturing defects. Frame components carry a limited warranty, and all other components except upholstery, straps and loops are covered by a one-year limited warranty.
Coverage applies where the machine has not been modified in any way and has been used only as specified in the owner's manual and in accordance with generally accepted practice. Upholstery, straps, loops and springs are wear items and are not covered.
